CIA is powerful system help to simplify construction collaboration and improve work efficiency to achieve cost savings. The construction information should be accessible anywhere so the aim is to build mobility application let CIA's user can simply and quickly access construction information anywhere.

1. The user of CIA uses their email and password login CIA mobile app.
2. The mobile app will show projects as user permission allowed.
3. The user can select the file which belongs different category, section, discipline to view.
4. The user can view and edit their user’s profile.
5. The user can change the default profile, page after login.
6. The mobile app allows user download and save file at local in app for offline view.
